The General Assembly
The General Assembly is the strategic decision-making body. It consists of the Rectors/Presidents/Vice-Chancellors of each university and two students appointed by CUSU as voting members. It meets twice a year and is chaired by the president of Circle U.
The Management Board
The Management Board is composed of two representatives of each of the seven universities. The main roles of the Management Board will be preparing the annual budget for the General Assembly; translating the strategic objectives into operational activities; continuously overseeing and coordinating the running of the Circle U. activities.
The project is divided into seven Work Package Groups (WP Groups) led by a partner university. Each WP Group is responsible for setting into motion activities within their area. The WP Groups consist of one representative from each university and a student representative.
The Secretary General
The Secretary General will have the role of representing Circle U. and assisting all levels of management of the Alliance. This includes liaising with the European Commission, periodic reporting, meetings, contact point for questions and follow up, participation and contribution to conferences and other relevant events that will be organised during the implementation of the Grant Agreement.
