Mobility milestone coming up in June

Kickstarting mobility among students is an all-important goal for the Circle U. alliance. However, with more than 2,200 study programmes offered within the seven universities, many students would probably have a hard time finding exactly the right course for them.

In order to avoid students getting lost in the academic jungle, a Circle U. task force is developing a joint course catalogue. The catalogue will display the courses made available for exchange students within four thematic areas matching the Knowledge Hubs: Global Health, Climate, Democracy, and a fourth category with specific courses related to local language and culture. Students will be able to first select one of the four topics, and then see the courses offered on the particular subject. The catalogue will also provide students with information on how to apply for the courses.

Currently, the task force is hard at work selecting the courses to be offered by each institution, and developing a template to ensure that courses are presented uniformly to the students of Circle U. The course catalogue is expected to be launched by June of this year.
