The Transferable Skills Grid is taking shape
The analytical tool at the centre of the InnovEd4TS project is starting to take shape. At a recent meeting in Louvain, educational developers from the Curricular Advisory Board presented and discussed their progress on the Transferable Skills Data Collection Grid.
The grid will function as a way to systematize the analysis of the ten flagship initiatives and the skills they each help students to develop. It will be put to the test in April of this year when the field missions begin, and the flagship initiatives are examined further.
After having presented the ten flagship initiatives more thoroughly, the project coordination group settled on how to form the panels for the field missions, so as to ensure that they are balanced and contain the appropriate combination of skills and knowledge.
The knowledge gathered during the field missions will be placed in an online open repository during 2021 as the final step before the external evaluation and the final conference of the InnovEd4TS project.
