Since there have been significant changes among the representatives, the first day of the seminar was about getting to know CUSU better. How does the union work? What should be done to be an inclusive union?
Berit Kolberg Rossiné, Director of Communication at the University of Oslo, has spent three months delving into how the students at all the nine partner universities learn about and apply for exchange. She spoke to CUSU about "The Student's User Journey" and pointed towards areas where CUSU can work for improvement.
The seminar also spent time discussing how CUSU could get more involved at the partner institutions and to ensure that the students are engaged in CUSU’s work.
These and other issues will be debated and followed up in the months to come.
