Circle U. launches Ambassadors programme

The Circle U. Ambassadors programme is an opportunity for students, academics and admin staff who want to promote the alliance, support community building and encourage more participation.

Eligible candidates have taken part in any Circle U. activity or have been following Circle U.'s initiatives. The first cohort of ambassadors will be active for the period of October 2024 through September 2025.

What do Circle U. Ambassadors do?

The Circle U. Ambassador help represent Circle U. at their university and support local communication and community building activities. This could take various forms, such as:

  • sharing testimonials and informing at university events,
  • representing Circle U. at local outreach events such as fairs and info markets,
  • bringing the alliance perspective to any boards and university groups you may already be part of,
  • bringing peers together for networking and discussing Circle U. opportunities,
  • organising workshops, competitions or forms of creative collaboration,
  • helping to produce content for communication about the alliance.

How Circle U. supports the ambassadors

The ambassadors will be connected to their peers at their home university.

There will be a budget available and networking opportunities, so the ambassadors are able to exchange with fellow ambassadors at other institutions.

The ambassadors can get a certificate to document their contribution as a volunteer, and their university may offer additional benefits.
