Where are we going?

Engaging PhD candidates in Circle U.’s activities is essential for ensuring the inclusivity of the alliance. Getting familiar with international and multidisciplinary contexts early on in a research career can shape the path of early career researchers (ECRs). Circle U. provides the infrastructure to enable opportunities for ECRs and empower them in their professional development.

How do we get there?

The CU.ecr, Circle U.’s platform dedicated to professionals in higher education and research administration supporting ECRs, will be hosting a discussion round in Vienna. It will focus on finding new ways to include PhDs in the Circle U. community, in an open discussion format.

This edition of the CU.ecr aims to define a clear path towards this goal.

You can shape the path!

Collaboration in Circle U. is always shaped by the participants. It can involve everything: connecting our universities’ transversal training opportunities, defining Cotutelle agreements, forming research and training groups – working towards European Doctoral Schools.
