Find your university

Each partner university provides tailored information to ensure you can complete your application in line with institutional and Erasmus+ requirements.

Funding and Financial Support

Many Circle U. activities are organised within the framework of the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP).

Under this framework:

  • Participation fees are typically waived.
  • Students may be eligible for mobility funding (travel and individual support grants) provided through Erasmus+ or national schemes.
  • Funding regulations and amounts may differ between partner universities, depending on national rules, institutional implementation, and the year of the Erasmus+ call.

Further details on funding requirements and general rates for eligible students can be found on your university pages.

Students are advised to contact their International or Erasmus+ Office at their home university for institution-specific information and guidance.

Academic Recognition

Circle U. activities are designed to be integrated into students’ regular degree programmes.

Selected participants are responsible for ensuring that the ECTS credits awarded for participation are recognised within their study programme.

Please consult your academic coordinator or relevant faculty office at your home institution to confirm procedures for credit recognition and transcript documentation.
