Aleksandra Buha Djordjevic is a pharmacist holding a PhD degree in Toxicology. Her research focus in on the environmental contaminants and their effects on human health. As a member of many international working groups and consortiums, she is actively involved in  environmental and global health promotion.

Christoph Gradmann is professor in the history of medicine at the University of Oslo. His research interests range from the intellectual history of interwar Germany, through 19th ct medical bacteriology, 20th ct drug development, antibiotics resistances to the history of tuberculosis in global health. He has published several monographs, numerous editions, guest editorships and many papers.

I am a professor of sport psychology and licensed sport psychologist with 15 years of experience in sport and performance psychology, both in laboratory and the field. The main professional interest is on promoting performance in high demanding situations, such as when being fatigued, mentally exhausted or under extensive pressure, with applications in sports, medicine, emergency services, and performing arts. Additional work includes motivation to and health-related benefits of sport and exercise at the workplace, and antecedents of work-life balance and well-being. In psychological terminology, my research integrates fields of motivation and self-regulation, choking under pressure, well-being, and health.

Specialized Human Nutrition – We are interested in the mechanisms of hunger and satiety regulation, combining psychological (stress, food craving, restricted eating, visual and sensory food clues) and physiological aspects. Moreover, we evaluate the nutrition behaviour within the Austrian population with respect to safety issues and supply with nutrients.

Pascal Grosse is a historian and practising neurologist with a sub-specialisation in neurological sleep medicine. He studied medicine, history, psychology, and history of medicine at Freie Universität Berlin and has been working at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin since graduation. The focus in his historical work lies on the theory and practises of biopolitics including especially European and German colonialism, but also many other topics with bio-political implications. He has also become involved in innovations in medical education, as such he currently serves as an Academic Chair in the Circle U - European University Alliance to push forward topics related to Global Health in a broad European context.
