Commitment to research, open discourse and the exchange of ideas and knowledge across borders are among the defining strengths of universities – and they can form the cornerstone of high-quality teacher education. For this Open Conversation, Circle U.'s Teacher Education Network (TENet) invites you to discuss what this could look like at a time when societies are negotiating social, political, economic, environmental and technological transformations.
Departing from an empirical study carried out with student co-researchers across six Circle U. universities between May and September 2024, student teachers, teacher educators and researchers from Circle U. partner universities will explore perspectives on research and international mobility together with administrators and decision-makers from educational authorities in Berlin and other municipalities associated to Circle U. partners.
