Participants will have the opportunity to discuss several topical issues related to the development of the European Universities Initiative; more specifically there will be five workshops:

  1. Diverse models of European universities;
  2. Building partnerships with socio-economic stakeholders;
  3. Role models for the transformation of the European higher education;
  4. Showcasing European higher education worldwide;
  5. European universities with students' eyes.

In terms of feedback from Circle U., Vice-President Antoine Cazé (Université Paris Cité) will speak at the workshop on building partnerships with socio-economic stakeholders. This workshop will look into how to encourage partnerships between European universities and economic, social and regional partners at European level, as well as how to encourage the transfer of knowledge to future skills and innovation by relying on local/regional ecosystems.

Rector Vladan Djokić (University of Belgrade) will convey Circle U.'s perspective at the workshop on Showcasing Europe's higher education worldwide. This session will look into joint internationalisation activities and the challenges of the international projection of alliances.

We are very much looking forward to the discussions and to meeting all the other alliances.
