This Symposium facilitates the exchange of challenges and strategies for academics in programme leadership roles. We will bring together programme leads - sometimes referred to as study leaders, course coordinators, directors of studies, etc. While their responsibilities vary across disciplines and institutions, invariably these leaders play a critical role in student success, quality assurance and academic governance of university degree programmes.

What is LEaP?

Leadership for Education & Programme Design (LEaP) is a Circle U. seed-funding project dedicated to advancing educational leadership across diverse disciplines and international higher education settings. LEaP aims to build a collaborative network for Circle U. colleagues in programme leadership roles - fostering shared learning, enhancing recognition and creating professional development opportunities.
