The Circle U. Teaching and Innovation Lab (CU.til) is an arena for knowledge-based pedagogical innovation and the development of evidence-based educational practices (EBE), gathering both academic and technical expertise. Promoting student-centred learning, quality assurance and a learning outcomes approach, the key missions of the CU.til are to improve the educational status quo, to enhance student learning and to contribute to the professional development of academic staff.
The CU.til Staff Development Festival brings together three complementary learning pathways, each offering a distinct yet connected professional development experience for university teachers, educational developers, and academic leaders.
Whether you join online or in person — in Louvain-la-Neuve or London — each pathway combines hands-on workshops, peer exchange, and concrete applications designed to support you in addressing the challenges and opportunities of contemporary higher education.
