40 students attended the summer school "Democracy and Development in a Fragmenting World: Geopolitics, Power Shifts, and the Fate of the Liberal Order" in Belgrade, and explored pressing questions about the future of the liberal international order.

Learning what makes a difference: Circle U. students explore effective development in Oslo

What does it actually take to improve lives and foster development? That was the central question at the heart of Learning Effective Approaches in Development (LEAD), a blended intensive programme hosted by the University of Oslo. Circle U. Leaders Gathered in Belgrade to Shape the Alliance’s Next Phase

Representatives from the nine Circle U. partner universities gathered this week at the University of Belgrade for the Circle U. General Assembly and Management Board meetings.
